Sleeping with Crystals


Do you sleep with crystals? We sure do!
What crystals are under your pillow?

So we all know that crystals are beautiful rocks with high-frequency vibrational energy. But there's no point in putting that good energy to bed when you go to bed. Crystals have a stable energy frequency, so we find it very easy to attune our energy to theirs. This is how they allow us to release low vibrational energy, especially during sleep.

When it comes to choosing which crystals you want to go to sleep with, there are some important things to consider:

1. You have to cleanse them more often.
2. The energy we release is absorbed by our crystals, and with all that goes on in a mind during sleep, your sleep crystals can get crowded with energy quicker. So do yourself a favour and either add a piece of selenite to the mix or give those babies a cleanse every couple of nights. (If you add selenite, you'll still need to cleanse, just less often.)
2. Change them around every few nights.
3. Sleep with crystals that relate to what you're going through at that point in time, or something you want to work on. The crystal work doesn't have to stop just because you're asleep.
3. You don't have to just use crystals that are "good" for sleep.
4. Elaborating on my last point, you can use any crystals you'd like under your pillow. They don't have to be the generic trio of amethyst, howlite and rose quartz for sleep. Experiment, choose crystals you vibe with.
Crystals can be so beneficial to use during sleep, stop missing out on all that personal work and get yourself a little crystal pouch to put under your pillow asap!
